At the Philarmonie Hall in Cologne on 12 June, Pablo González will make his debut conducting Gürzenich-Orchester Köln in a performance of De Falla’s The Three Cornered Hat, joined by mezzo soprano Clara Mouriz, and Stravinsky’s Firebird. Pablo has also been named ‘Artist of the Week’ by Naxos this week, upon release of the 2nd volume of his recordings featuring Orchestral works by Granados with the Barcelona Symphony Orchestra. This follows the success of the 1st volume, which entered the UK Specialist Classical Chart.
